Cryon ("we", "us", "our") provides personal Virtual Private Server (VPS) rental with a pre-installed secure-connection configuration. Privacy is the core of our product. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.

We do not collect, log, or store any information about your online activity, the websites you visit, the applications you use, your IP address while connected, DNS queries, or the contents of your traffic. We operate under a strict no-logs policy.

To provide the service we process the absolute minimum amount of data required for it to function:

• Your email address — used solely to authenticate you (sign-in via one-time code), deliver your VPS configuration file, and send essential service notifications such as subscription expiry reminders.

• Subscription and billing metadata — plan type, start date, expiry date, payment status. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials. All payments are processed by certified third-party payment processors (PCI-DSS compliant).

• Your preferred interface language — stored so we can deliver emails and the dashboard in the language you chose.

We do NOT collect: your name, phone number, address, date of birth, browsing history, traffic logs, connection timestamps, or any device identifiers.

Your email address is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Sending one-time sign-in codes to give you access to your dashboard.

• Delivering the VPS configuration file you purchased.

• Notifying you about events directly related to your subscription (for example, a reminder 24 hours before your access expires).

• Responding to support requests you initiate.

We never use your email for marketing, newsletters, profiling, or any third-party advertising. We will never sell your email address.

We do not use third-party advertising networks, behavioural analytics, fingerprinting, or cross-site trackers. The only cookies and local storage we use are strictly necessary technical items required to keep you signed in to your dashboard.

All data we do process is stored in encrypted form on infrastructure located in the European Union. Access is limited to the small number of personnel responsible for operating the service and providing support. Communication between you and our service is protected with industry-standard TLS encryption.

We retain your email and subscription metadata only for as long as your account is active. You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support — your data will be permanently erased within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain billing records.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, export, restrict, or erase the personal data we hold about you, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below.
