Terms of Service
Last updated: April 27, 2026
This is the agreement between you and Cryon. Please read it carefully — by paying for a plan you confirm that you accept it in full.
1. General provisions
These Terms of Service (the "Agreement", the "Public Offer") govern the relationship between you (the "User") and the operator of the Cryon service (contact email cryonvpn@gmail.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Service", "Cryon", "we", "us") regarding the rental of personal Virtual Private Servers (VPS) with a pre-installed secure-connection configuration.
This document constitutes a public offer within the meaning of applicable civil legislation. Full and unconditional acceptance of this offer (acceptance) is deemed to occur upon any of the following actions: signing in to your personal dashboard, payment for any plan, or actual use of the Service.
By signing in, paying for a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement and our Privacy Policy in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you must stop using the Service.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
We grant you the right to use, on a subscription basis, a personal Virtual Private Server with the technical configuration corresponding to the plan you selected. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
A detailed description of plans, the technical specifications of the rented VPS, and the cost of each plan are published on the website https://cryon-vps.com on the pricing and checkout pages and form an integral part of this Agreement.
The Service is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial use by the User as the end consumer of a technical infrastructure rental product.
The Service is a technical infrastructure rental product. You are solely responsible for how you use the rented server and the data transmitted through it.
3. Account and authentication
Access to your dashboard is provided through passwordless email authentication: a one-time code is sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping access to that email mailbox secure.
We use your email address solely for authentication, delivery of the VPS configuration, and essential service notifications, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not collect any other personal data about you.
4. Pricing, payment and renewal
Prices for each plan are displayed on the checkout page in the currency of your region and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by certified third-party payment processors; we do not see or store your full card details.
Access is activated automatically once payment is confirmed. The subscription term begins on the date of activation and ends on the date displayed in your dashboard.
If a free trial is offered, it does not require payment details. The trial converts to a paid subscription only if you actively choose a paid plan; it never charges you automatically.
5. Acceptable use, user obligations and responsibility
We undertake to provide the Service with reasonable commercial effort, maintain availability of our infrastructure, and respond to support requests within a reasonable timeframe.
You expressly acknowledge that you are the sole and exclusive person responsible for any and all activity carried out through the rented VPS and through the secure connection associated with it. The Service is a neutral technical infrastructure (a personal virtual server with a pre-installed secure-connection configuration); we do not control, monitor, filter, log, or in any way participate in the content you transmit, the resources you access, or the actions you perform.
By accepting this Agreement, you undertake to use the Service strictly for lawful purposes and to fully comply, at all times, with the laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence, in the country from which you connect, and in any other jurisdiction whose laws may apply to your activity. Verifying that your use of the Service is permitted under all applicable laws is solely your responsibility.
You must not use the Service, and you undertake not to allow any third party to use the Service through your account, for any of the following purposes (this list is illustrative and not exhaustive):
• any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or any other applicable law, including criminal, administrative or tax legislation; • circumventing legally imposed restrictions where such circumvention is itself unlawful; • unauthorised access to, or interference with, computer systems, networks or accounts (hacking, scanning, brute-forcing, exploiting vulnerabilities); • distribution, hosting or transmission of malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware or any other malicious code; • denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, traffic amplification, or any activity that degrades third-party infrastructure; • sending spam, phishing, scam messages, mass unsolicited communications, or operating mailing infrastructure for such purposes; • fraud, identity theft, money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any related activity; • distribution, storage or transmission of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors — zero tolerance, immediate termination and reporting to authorities; • distribution of content that incites violence, terrorism, hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic; • infringement of intellectual property rights, including unauthorised distribution of copyrighted works, trademarks, trade secrets or patents; • violation of privacy or data-protection rights of any third party, including unlawful processing of personal data; • operating darknet marketplaces, trading in illegal goods, weapons, drugs or stolen data; • any activity prohibited by the acceptable-use policies of our upstream infrastructure providers.
You assume full and exclusive civil, administrative and criminal liability for any breach of the obligations set out in this clause. We act solely as a provider of technical infrastructure and bear no liability whatsoever for the actions you carry out through the Service. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cryon, its operators and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, fines, penalties, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
If we receive a duly substantiated complaint or legal request, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Service is being used in violation of this clause, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, immediately suspend or terminate your access without any compensation or refund, and we may cooperate with competent authorities to the extent required by applicable law.
6. No-refund policy
The Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment. The personal VPS configuration file is generated and made available in your dashboard (and sent by email) right after the payment is confirmed.
By accepting this Agreement and completing payment you expressly acknowledge that the digital content begins to be supplied immediately, you give your explicit consent to that immediate supply, and you accept that, as a result, your right of withdrawal and any right to a refund are forfeited as soon as the configuration has been issued.
Accordingly, once the VPS configuration has been delivered, payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds are provided in any of the following cases: change of mind, dissatisfaction with the service, inability to install or use the software on your device, blocking of the secure-connection protocol by your local network or country, account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of clause 5, or any other case after the configuration has been issued.
If, in exceptional circumstances, the configuration could not be issued at all due to a technical failure on our side and the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact cryonvpn@gmail.com — such cases are reviewed individually at our sole discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure, by actions or inactions of third parties (including upstream network providers), or by your own misuse of the Service.
8. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version.
